I did some additional reseacrh on WP MU.

This is a NEW development for WordPress (March 2005) so the code may not stable. Normally, the code is stable only after the software has been tested for 1 year. I do not know where you find blogsome multiuser.

Why don’t you download it and install it to see how well it works. Create an account for me to test too?

About your other requirements:
1. Plugin: because of security reason,blogsome don’t allow us to do that.
We can only post a suggestion to admin and they will consider then.
2.Vietnamese Language: In our Vietwordpress blog, I place file .mo in wp-include directory and fix code in file wp-config. So it is not a plugin. I don’t know if have the plugin for changing language. Hope it exists!
3. We can display Vietnamese sign for posting and something else by fixing code of stylesheet of template. I will do this after you selected a theme.
4. Image: on header and sidebar, easy to design. At Item 1, I said about problem of plugin, so Flickr-photo can be delayed.

PS: Blogsome has 1 feature that our Default WordPress does not have:

“Upload” function allows user to upload photos from harddrive, a very useful feature to add photos to the post.

For example, yesterday, you sent me an email with pictures of screenshots in a Word Document.
Now you can post those screenshots in this blog. It is easier for me to “comment”
